Dr Johnny Walker is Senior Lecturer in Media at Northumbria University, UK. He is the author of Contemporary British Horror Cinema: Industry, Genre and Society (Edinburgh University Press, 2015) and the co-editor of Snuff: Real Death and Screen Media (Bloomsbury, 2016). His writing on exploitation cinema has appeared in journals such as the Journal of British Cinema and Television and Post Script, and in numerous edited collections.
Dr Austin Fisher is Associate Professor of Film at Bournemouth University, UK, author of Radical Frontiers in the Spaghetti Western (I. B. Tauris, 2011), Blood in the Streets: Histories of Violence in Italian Crime Cinema (Edinburgh University Press, 2019) and editor of Spaghetti Westerns at the Crossroads (Edinburgh University Press, 2016). He serves on the editorial board of Transnational Screens (Routledge), and is the founder of the "Spaghetti Cinema" film festival.
